Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were run down and dirty, needing a deep clean, but they did offer a lovely view of the ocean and were spotless with a comfortable bed. The service was accommodating, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was comfortable, close to Langosta beach and Tamarindo. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with good food variety but some disappointing meals. The facilities were decent.
My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The comfortable and clean rooms, along with the excellent swimming pool and buffet restaurant, were definite highlights. However, the presence of dirt and grime in some areas was disappointing, and the room mix-ups during our stay were inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was quite nice overall. The rooms, though smallish, were clean and had convenient amenities like a minibar and coffee maker. It was a bit disappointing that there were no curtains on the patio doors for privacy. Despite being an older hotel, the swimming pool and buffet restaurant were good.
The hotel provides spacious rooms that, on a regular inspection/maintenance schedule, could be nice but lacked cleanliness in many areas after our first night, which was oversized and extremely clean. The service, despite some issues with unnecessary waiting and lack of communication from the staff, was overall facilitated a comfortable stay, with professional and helpful hotel staff. The location, although crowded at peak times and with slippery grounds, offers a relaxed atmosphere compared to other areas. The dining experience was a mix of healthy, good food and some disappointing dishes, impacting the overall enjoyment. The hotel facilities are well-equipped but come with minor flaws.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, despite lacking curtains for privacy, were clean and provided all the essentials. The service, especially from Carlos, was exceptional, going above and beyond during these challenging times. The location, with Langosta beach right in front of the hotel, was unbeatable. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with repetitive and uninspiring meals.
